I think that the people answering the phones at switchboard and the clinics needs some telephone/customer training as are very rude and not helpful at all. Does not give a very good impression of the hospital at all. Stand offish,sounds like they can't wait to get you off the phone!...Calling to enquire about sometinng as my mother had an appointment
