"Mother left without emergency line at night"

About: King George Hospital

My 77 year old mother who had not eaten for three days left without attention for 5 hours in a side ward left shouting for help. Very distressing and demonstrated a lack of care. Son had to call the staff nurse in the morning at 7.30am on the 28th August to summon assistance.
