The car parking is a disgrace,I recently took an elderly neighbour for an eye appointment.We decided to pay for the car park on exit.This I did,I have now received a parking fee request for £40 from parking eye,I will not be paying it. The ANPR way of paying is ridiculous,having to put the registration number in is a chore,the numbers and letters are too small.I can only assume I tappe in a wrong digit. Please sort out the car parking,it is unacceptable using the current system.

I am sorry to read that you have received a parking charge notice while visiting Samuel Johnson Hospital. I would suggest that you should challenge this charge, by lodging an appeal directly with Parking Eye.

If you need any advice or assistance with this process, then please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) Team on 01283 593110. PALS staffs are available to help between 09:00 and 16:30 hrs Monday to Friday.

In the meantime your feedback with be shared with our Head of Facilities.
