(as a relative),

My Mother-in-Law was admitted to pulmonary oncology ward via A & E in mid August. She was very confused and elderly, but she was treated with compassion and kindness all the time she was with the hospital and the nursing and medical staff were very sensitive to her family. She was transferred to a nursing home and only survived a further two days, but we will always be grateful to the care we all received.
