"Access to GP appointment"

I have been waiting to see the GP for 5 weeks and still have not been seen. I dont think this is normal

Thank you for raising your concern. The current waiting time for a GP is less than one week – even less for more urgent problems, therefore this is unusual. The wing nurses or the use of the PALS forms available on every wing can assist you in ensuring that your request for an appointment has been received. If you are still waiting, can you please make yourself known to the healthcare staff so that we can ensure that you are seen promptly?
