I have a prescription from Ashville Surgery, Upper Chorlton Road, Manchester for wrist pain. It goes to the Co-operative Pharmacy, based on the same road, and is delivered to my house but the last couple of times the delivery has been incomplete. Two of the three medications have been missing. I'm in pain and I live on my own.
