I attended my appointment with the very helpful endocrinologist on the 24th July 2014 at KGH. The next step before being prescribed medication was to have an MRI. It's been just over 4 weeks and I am still waiting for a letter to confirm my MRI appointment - I just hope that more urgent cases don't have to wait this long.....i'm guessing they don't which is good. Although the symptoms for my diagnosed Hyperprolactinaemia are mild they do effect me daily & I am looking forward to getting it sorted as I find it a little tough at times. Staffing levels over summer must be lower than usual, so I shall just be patient.
