What I liked

RATU dept was very clean and the staff were lovely

What could be improved

the a&e dept was disgusting.

used tissues, wrappers and coffee cups all over the floor as well as mud.

my elderly grandmother (aged 75) waited 4 hours without being seen to.

with her head split open and severly bleeding.
