What I liked
easy to find from the motorway as we had to travel approx 25 miles
What could be improved
signposting, parking, entrance, signs within the entrance, cleanliness and ability to contact 'a member of the medical fraternity' regarding the condition of a aged,loved family member that was taken to this hospital without close family having a clue what was going on.
Anything else?
I think i've said it all apart from the fact that we cannot get her out of the place in 1 piece !!!
