"Excellent Care"

I was admitted 2am Saturday morning 23rd August, with suspected heart problems. The speed in which I was seen was amazing. Tests and Xrays done immediately. The care and treatment I received was excellent with everyone being kind even though it was so early in the morning. Admitted quickly to a ward (CCU)? which was done quietly and efficiently, again with staff being courteous and caring. Being a vegetarian I found the food good and well presented and noticed the nurses feeding a very poorly woman with care and consideration. Cleanliness was obvious and I witnessed a male clean the floor of the emergency room and area and later when in the ward the same male cleaned the floor twice in 5 hours. I live in Dorset and need a hip replacement and would love to have the operation done at your hospital as I had total confidence in all your staff. Thank you West Middlesex Hospital. Janet Craig
