"Re-dressing of existing finger injury whilst on..."

About: Alnwick Infirmary

Visited Minor Injuries on two occasions whilst on holiday to have my finger dressing replaced. Both times I was most impressed with the staff and service at the hospital. Registering was easy, despite being a non-resident, and I barely had to wait at all to be seen. The nurses explained exactly what they were doing and answered every question I had, and made sure that I knew what I had to do once I was home again.

Dear Carl, Thanks for taking the time to give the team this very kind feedback. I hope that you were still able to enjoy your holidays in spite of needing hospital treatment, as Northumberland is such a beautiful place to stay. It is great to know how every aspect of your care has been so positive from the time you waited to be seen to how well informed the staff kept you throughout.
