I was told by my ENT consultant to contact his team if I felt that I needed to be seen again following the insertion of 2 grommets last year, as I would possibly need a hearing aid. As I work as a staff nurse I have found it increasingly difficult with limited hearing, so as told to do so contacted his secretary who told me to get re-referred by my GP to speed up the process. TRAQS service contacted me to offer appointment at Cannock hospital which I declined and asked to be seen by my ENT team at PRH.
