What I liked
Time spent with nurses & doctor nothing was to much trouble. (Eye clinic)
What could be improved
Waiting for over one and half hours to be seen.
Sitting on very uncomfortable chairs. Most of the patients in clinic are in late 60s or older, and have other disabilities. Most find it very difficult to sit in such frustrating conditions for such a long period of time.
I personally spent 3 1/2 hours in the clinic, and 1/2 hour in the pharmacy waiting room where the waiting room seats were far more comfortable.
This may to most people seem a very trivial complaint, but I have seen many people vent their feelings over the amout of time that they have waited and I'm sure a lot of this could be resolved with more comfortable seating.
