My wife and I tried ringing the 24 hour emergency line to get through to the out of hours maxillo-facial SHO for 45 minutes and nobody could be bothered to answer the phone. If the person who was supposed to be manning the switchboard doesn't want to do their job then I suggest they leave and find a job they do want to do, as this attitude is totally unacceptable.
