From the moment I went in to the moment we met my dad at the reception area, I was treated with nothing less than total dignity despite my social awkwardness. I would like to apologise for giving the senior nurse a bit of a shock by unexpectedly getting myself out of bed but with the woman next to me being pregnant and the gentleman across from me being rather elderly, it was better that I get moving as soon as I felt fit enough so that the staff could focus on them. It was also pragmatic in that I can get myself out of bed so should do as such. My only issue was that my notes were missing so that threw up extra questions that could have been answered by the notes but that's not their fault and they shouldn't be penalised for that.
"Cannot fault the entire process"
