What I liked

Spent some time in your new Pre Operative Department before going to theatre, how lovely that was just to sit and relax before my operation instead of waiting on a busy ward, might I suggest that some music be put in place it was so quite in there you could hear a pin drop.The staff there were lovely as was the lady that I walked down to theatre with.

We're please that your experience at Frimley Park Hospital was a positive one and we really appreciate your feedback, especially as our Pre Operative Department is new. One of its purposes was to make the pre-operative experience less stressful for our patients so it is very reassuring to hear that this was achieved. We have passed you suggestion about background music to the manager for that area.
