"Amazing and efficient care"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

My husband had a very painful allergic reaction in his eyes tonight. We were seen very quickly in A&E and when symptoms didn't improve after initial treatment we were able to speak to a consultant on the phone who then came into the hospital especially to check and treat my husband. This was at 11pm on Sunday night of the bank holiday. We were so grateful. The treatment he received really helped and he is now sleeping. Earlier this evening he was jumping up and down in pain. We're so grateful for such kind & efficient care and for staff who are willing to go above and beyond to help others. Thank you.
