About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

re: South East Coast Ambulance Service call out. At approx 15.00/21.o8.2014 a team was asked to meet a train at Paddock Wood station. A passenger had taken ill and had lost consciousness. The train arrived, and the ambulance team was already waiting. They boarded the train and attended, first, the passenger in situ, and carried out several tests with, what appeared to me,great speed and skill. The passenger was then taken to your hospital. During this time they were treated with great care and consideration. This was continued the whole time spent in your hospital. (The doctors and nurses) I have been asked, by the patient to express his heartfelt thanks and gratitude. On our behalf would you kindly forward our thanks. Under the circumstances we were unable to express these feelings at the time. Robert.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your kind compliments. We will certainly pass on the patient's thanks and gratitude to all involved in his care following his recent A&E attendance. We know that the staff involved will be extremely grateful to receive these compliments. Once again thank you for taking the time to provide us with your positive feedback. With kind regards. The PALS Team (TK)
