"April 2015 for routine diabetic appointment"

About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / General Surgery Victoria Integrated Care Centre

(as the patient),

I telephoned today to cancel my Diabetic appointment which is for next week beginning of September as I have to go into the Glasgow Royal for a minor operation, on telephoning to cancel my Diabetic appointment I was told that I will now have to wait untill April or May next year 2015 for just a rountine appointment as the consultants have reduced clinics not only is ths shocking but for a diabetic patient to wait to nearly this time next year is riddiculous by all means and surely there should be more clinics on intead of reducing them as the consultants have to cover the RAH Vale of Leven and Victoria Infirmary in Helensburgh but surely there is no need to reduce the clinics when they feel like it
