Amazingly rude receptionists with the worst attitude I have ever encountered in any medical facility. Clearly gossiping and complaining about their job are more important that patients dripping blood. The retired nurse who took me in to the A&E unit was outraged at the lack of professionalism.
"Are the A&E receptionists encouraged to be rude?"
