"I was referred to the hospital ..."

About: Salisbury District Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was referred to the hospital about 3 or 4 years ago from my orthodontist and was told I'd go on a 3 year waiting list because of my age - I was told I'd probably need jaw surgery. 2 years after that, I recieved a letter to go back, I was scared because I didn't want to have jaw surgery, but they were very good. I had X-rays and was told I could either have a brace or surgery so I chose brace. They made sure I made the right decision, and always made me feel comfortable. They reassured me when I was scared and nervous as well. I'm now a lot happier with my teeth and need to go back in a years time for another checkup. My experience wouldn't have been this positive if they didn't make me feel at ease and I am very happy with the results and how I've been treated. Thanks :D

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

Very good is all I can say really :)
