"Terrible patient care"

I had the unfortunate experience of having to go to a&e on Friday evening. I was eventually admitted awaiting consultation the following day, i saw a doctor in the morning who discussed my treatment options, he told me i would be discharged with antibiotics however 5 hours later i was still waiting, i asked the nurse who was so over worked and eventually another doctor came to see me, he had received no handover from the doctors i saw that morning, he could not explain what had happened so he had to start again. This is inexcusable, this hospital once again shows why it is on special measures, i have had so many bad experiences here that i have no faith or trust in the staff who work here, i have a long standing chronic condition and dread to think what will happen to me with my life in the hands of this hospital, major changes need to happen here.
