About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

Appointment for a flexible Cystoscopy as a day care patient (5th time I have had one of these in 16 years). Care and service by all staff from receiving Nurse, to consultant and nursing staff in treatment room was nothing but fantastic, 5 star service.

I was impressed that my consultant had obviously read my notes in depth and was knowledgeable regarding my condition and the treatment I had received in the past 16 years.
