"procedure"

I have been going to ward 20 for almost 10 years for procedures. On Friday the 22nd august 2014. I had to go in again for a different procedure and was absolutely terrified. On entering the ward , i was put at ease straight away. I would like to thank the doctor involved and his staff who were brilliant and talked to me throughout the procedure . The after care nurse who explained everything to me was brilliant and very caring. My only wish is that the hospital wards in Bishop Auckland were open for more patients as it is a beautiful hospital. regards jane
