"exceptional care"

I attended the hysteroscopy clinic today. I have to say the care I received was exceptional. The consultant was very considerate as I had had problems having this procedure several times at another hospital and I was obviously quite anxious, but under the consultant's care and the support of the HCA the procedure went smoothly. Afterwards The consultant explained the findings shown me the scan photos and explained what happens next. After the procedure I was led into another room sat in a comfy armchair and made a lovely cup of tea by the HCA. All in all Leatherhead hospital is a clean friendly hospital, the staff all pleasant and helpful. And because it's a smaller hospital I found the staff had more time for the patient. Thank you.
