The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre is an excellent hospital. However, I would have to agree with "Anonymous" (visited in June 2014. Posted on 14 July 2014) that the parking is not goodand the severe lack of spaces brings out some of the worst in human behaviour. Even though I was already in a space and struggling to walk with my disability a vile woman spat and hit me in an unprovoked attack. She also hit my car so I drove out of the carpark in fear she may have damaged my car further whilst I was in the hospital. Of course this is compounded by the ridiculous Oxford council's street parking policy and practice. I am hoping this is just an isolated case and unusual for the people of Oxford. It is just a shame that one person should blight this fabulous hospital. The other issue is smoking. Despite the many signs around the hospital and grounds stating that smoking is not permitted in the building or grounds one can see many individuals flagrantly ignoring these notices by smoking in the grounds. What I object to is them smoking right by the front door and everyone having some of their smoke as one enters/exits the buiding. On occasion it blows into to foyer but there is never any security to stop it happening.
"2 issues."
