"Cardiac Rehabilitation"

The programme was excellent as the level of individual care and attention from every member of staff towards each patient was outstanding. I don't think it would have been possible to get this much personal support in any private gym. The whole cardiac rehabilitation team at Ashford Hospital all bring different skills that compliment each other. It had been many years since I had exercised and I now feel fitter and more confident to exercise on my own to have a healthy heart and healthy future.
