About: Solihull Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was not well and was being treated in the hospital Accident and Emergency department where I was rudely spoken to and felt bullied by two members of staff! one who walked right up to my face to speak to me in an alarmingly threatening way that I could actually smell the stench from their breath! I was not impressed and will not be visiting this hospital again based on this visit!
