In January 2014, I was referred to IM (Inclusion Matters) by my GP due to suffering severe anxiety + depression and the manifestation of a breakdown. I was assessed within days of my breakdown over the phone by an extremely polite, friendly, professional and comforting lady and was referred for appointments with a therapist called Lorra.
Attending each appointment with Lorra, I was given advice and provided with the tools to overcome my anxiety and depression and to organise each day of my life. As they weekly appointments progressed, I became more and more relaxed and de-stressed.
Lorra became a listening ear for me, she was extremely professional, friendly, positive and supportive over the months of treatment which included cognitive behavioral therapy, and I began to regard her as a friend.
Thank you so much IM (Inclusion Matters) for helping me to regain my life and helping me with my recovery, for what where challenging experiences for me. I am now grand well and positively approaching each day at a time.
"Thank you for helping me to regain my life "
