"no one answers the phone!"

About: Horton General Hospital

Trying to contact maternity as the have booked the same appointment twice two days apart. No one answers! Got through to switchboard as it rang so long and a very shirty woman, after I explained my problem, said "so you want maternity!" Very rudely and put me through again. I finally got to voicemail whih said I had to call between 130 and 4pm. So I had to wait until today as it's my inky day off work to call between these hours (the letter states 830am -5pm!). Now I call I het the same voicemail message and it's 1345! So I leave a voicemail. I'm also trying to contact the head of physio therapy who never answers who I was told was supposed to have arranged an appointment for me following the poor treatment I recieved in the physio department weeks ago! I contacted PALS who gave me her direct number, shoild I need her and said I could come back to them. The lady at PALS is now on holiday until next Wednesday! I have left a message with the reception at the physio department asking that she call me. We shall see. Does anyone actually answer the phone!? I hope someone does when I'm in labor!
