"Cataract Opertaion"

I had cataract operation on my right eye. Staff were amazingly kind, and re-assured me all the way through. The op was a great success, I could see again! I have now been waiting 9 weeks for my second eye to be done, and this waiting time has been very hard, especially as I work full time and it is a nightmare for me every day, travelling to work and then working all day, balance and co-ordination is affected greatly. I have to wear a patch at work, which is not ideal.The Consultant recommended I have second op earlier, because of this, but still waiting and these have been very hard, long weeks! So, be prepared for this wait if you are having both eyes done, sure it will be worth it. #
