"Appalling"

About: Salisbury District Hospital

My mothers experience as an elderly patient with dementia has been awful and what I have seen with my own eyes happening to other patients being left in toilets with buzzers going for 15 minutes or so , mixed up notes etc. I am disgusted with the experience and I have made a formal complaint but I do not hold out much hope of anyone doing anything about it.
