"I have heard nothing about my follow up appointment"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The wait to be given an appointment is TOO long. Also no definite name of who it is one is seeing + I feel all the ‘managers’ in Shrewsbury NHS office need a good overhaul. I feel they can NOT get simple instructions right. I feel their wages far too high for what I believe is a slack work approach. I feel it needs more accountability to stop unnecessary stress for patients otherwise a complete waste of NHS money.

At princess royal hospital Telford I had to have a scan on in late July. I was told I would have results in 2 weeks and another appointment with specialist it is late August and I have heard NOTHING and so no follow up appointment. Complete abandonment. I feel my health means nothing – what I can do – I shouldn't have to chase NHS up.
