(as a relative),

My wife had an appointment with the spinal clinic for an MRI scan. She was treated very well, all the staff were very caring and considerate – we were seen within 10 minutes of our appointment time. She now has to see a consultant at the pain clinic and a surgeon to look at the options for treatment.

I just hope they keep the hospital in the NHS!
