What I liked
My young daughter was admitted to Ward 48A for a surgical procedure and spent 4 days in the hospital. She was treated very well throughout her entire stay. In particular, the continuity of nursing care was very considerate to both my daughter and myself.
What could be improved
The discharge process did not go well! There seemed to be a break down in communication between the doctor, the nurses and the pharmacy which resulted in waiting 5.5 hours to be discharged.
Anything else?
Overall I think the level of care, nursing staff, surgical procedure and overall hospital was great and would definitiely recommend it.
