"Neuroscience - excellent!"

During my week-long stay for plasma exchange and consultation I cannot speak too highly of the experience. The staff (as previously) were all friendly, caring and totally professional, and always retained their good humour even when under huge work pressure, and occasionally being unfairly treated by the odd patient. This standard applies to everyone from cleaners and catering staff to nurses and doctors. What was clear is that, no doubt as with many other parts of the NHS, staffing is stretched to the limit, and one can only hope that the Trust can add its voice at the highest level to protect the NHS from any further cuts.
