"Appointments department"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

When booking a further appointment I made it quite clear I would not be available between 05/09/2014 until 15/09/2014 but the receptionist was quite rude and was obviously not interested in listening to me. Now I have received an appointment for 9/09/2014 As I wont be able to attend I contacted the appointments department to cancel this date I felt I was being blamed for refusing an appointment and was frustrated by the questions I was being asked. I now have no appointment and don't know what happens next
