The whole process from GP referral to the end of radio therapy treatment was extremely quick and very efficient. The surgeon, radiotherapist and all staff were friendly helpful and sympathetic in what was a difficult time and cannot be thanked enough. The following stages of visits to ENT clinic were always informative and friendly. The procedures at the Maxillo-Facial labs were painstakingly carried out to achieve an amazing result. The staff in the Maxillo-Facial labs have been extremely helpful, positive sympathetic and friendly, taking time to listen and advise. A dental problem that occurred was noted on an ENT clinic visit, was quickly resolved by referral and a visit to a dental specialist. Further visits to the ENT clinic continued until August 2014 when I was discharged. Visits to the Maxillo-Facial labs will continue as necessary. From first consultation to discharge I feel I could not have been treated better either in the surgical procedures and treatment, the openness and friendliness of all the staff involved made what could have been a very traumatic experience into a bearable one. I would like to express my thanks to my consultant and all concerned for their wonderful treatment.
