Forest Ward: The place is exceptionally clean and friendly

The food is quite good.

I am very pleased with my treatment.

I had the information I needed and was involved in decisions about my care. I was also listened to and my views were taken seriously.

Service, punctuality and timeliness was good, and I was treated with respect and dignity.
