Its my great aunty who is on the ward.

The staff on the ward have all been friendly even the guy cleaning the room. My great aunt can be a bit of a handful and she was getting upset as I left. A nurse went out of her way to comfort her, covered her with a blanket and rubbed her back. Nurse was really comforting, gentle and attentive

The ward had a nice clean appearance, shame patients have to pay for telly – very expensive.

Thank you for being complementary towards our staff. We appreciate your positive feedback and will share it with the teams. Unfortunately the patient bedside entertainment systems were provided by an external provider, Hospedia.

These systems were outdated and are being removed from CUH. The Trust is currently exploring alternatives so that we can provide a consistent and more improved access to entertainment for our patients.
