"Helped me to slowly piece my life together"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as the patient),

My Counsellor, Mike, made me feel at ease straight away. He then worked through the various self help literature at a pace that allowed me to take in what was required of me to improve my state of mind.

The goal-setting programmes allowed me to work out and plan, on a weekly basis, the various tasks that I would carry out at home.

Inclusion Matters worked for me by ensuring that I began to do the things that I had left behind when my depression started. As a result, I then slowly began to piece my life together.

I feel that the six sessions that I spent with Mike were extremely beneficial and that I was given enough informative and sympathetic counselling that encouraged me to move forward and plan for the future.

Many thanks to Inclusion Matters, to Mike in particular, for all of their help. The one to one sessions have been a great help and comfort during this difficult time of my life.
