What could be improved
Stop people, including the Ambulance Drivers from Smoking on Hospital grounds. I believe it is against Hospital Ruls for anyone to smoke on Hospital grounds, so please inforce it. There is nothing worse than having to breath stale smoke near doorways and opposite the outpatients.
