About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was referred for an endoscopy.

The information provided and service I received was excellent, the care given from symptoms to referral to procedure to aftercare was great and I am thankful to all involved.

This was something felt very nervous about and it all worked out well.

I am pleased that although you felt very nervous about the procedure everything worked out well for you.

TRAQS takes Customer Service very seriously and always endeavour to provide accurate information to any questions asked by patients/carers, although we are unable to provide clinical answers as we are an administrative team and not clinically trained.
