About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Transferred to Specsavers from NHS Telford Hospital for care/repairs.

Took 12 months to get sorted due to lost files, 3 lots of numerous phone calls over 12 months to get sorted and appointment got.

The service by TRAQS and Specsavers on appointment booking and at Specsavers new hearing test and fitting were good. Now sorted and ongoing should be a great improvement.
