About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

After my consultation with the consultant advised me of the follow up procedure for my dizziness by means of referring me to the physiotherapy department.

To date I have not received an appointment & am in a state of limbo, I am very satisfied with the way the hospital operates and trust it will continue in this manner.

Although your referral was processed by the TRAQS team we note that your comments relate to Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust who do not have access to respond to postings on Patient Opinion. As all postings received are anonymous I am unable to pass on your comments to the hospital.

May I suggest that you contact the Patient Advice Liaison Officer (PALS). They will be able to accept your positive comments and pass them on to the departments concerned with your treatment.
