"Waited ages."

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I attended outpatients today my appointment was 4pm and i was seen at 6.05pm, after the long wait i was beyond caring about anything and just wanted to get home. The Dr i saw couldnt apologise more, but i feel later appointments are better and in future will ask for one.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the lengthy delay you encountered when attending the outpatients' clinic and apologise for the frustration caused as a result of that. The Trust has been working, and continues to work to reform outpatient services and to improve the experience of our patients who attend for outpatient appointments, and we are sorry that, on this occasion you did not experience any of the benefits that have resulted from that work programme.
