"Quite disappointed"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

First saw ENT in November after having hearing distrubances, was referred for an MRI scan to check there was nothing nasty. Come March, I still hadn't heard anything so I gave the appointments line a call - very rude and unhelpful saying they didn't have anything for me and I should see my GP and no they couldn't put me through to ENT. Phoned back the switchboard and was put through to ENT (Very helpful and friendly) who said that it seemed the computer hadn't printed out my referral. Had my MRI in April - I should hear back in a couple of weeks. The ENT had told me that they would just write the results if they were easy to explain and write with an appointment if it needed a better explanation. I didn't hear my results at all until I phoned in early June - Again the letter hadn't been printed out and I needed to make an appointment with the ENT. Went to ENT after waiting 2 hours went in to hear "So what are you here for" whilst reading a letter from my Dentist for some reason. Explained that I was here for my results. They looked and told me it was tinnitus and that was sort of end of.. I feel it was all handled very poorly and I was messed around terribly. Hopefully this doesn't happen to someone with a serious condition that needs immediate attention!!
