Visited the haematuria clinic today. It was roughly 2 weeks after the referral by my GP. It was a one-stop shop. Some investigations done in the morning. Then a break. Remainder and diagnosis in the afternoon. All staff were friendly and cooperative. Doctor put me at my ease. There was more waiting than I would have liked but this is a very minor thing and I appreciated the quality of the care.
