You cancelled a pain clinic I was due to attend in early June and sent a revised appointment for 26 January2015, a delay of almost 8 months. I view this as unacceptable. I am in a lot of pain and had already been waiting for months for the June appointment. Your website shows average wait times of 31 days for new patients. Why is it so much worse for existing patients?
