I have just had my first visit to the Pathology dpt and I was so impressed by the service. The receptionist was very friendly, the phlebotomist cheerful and the consultation with the nurse explained everything to me in detail. The information he gave me was so much better than the explanation I received in the Luton and Dunstable hospital. I was in and out of the dpt in 15 minutes.
